Privacy Notice

This privacy notice has been prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”) to explain for what purposes and how your personal data is processed.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

  • Identity and contact: Name and surname, company name (if any), phone number, email address, delivery address (province, district, full address).
  • Customer transactions: Quote and order details, payment records, shipment tracking details, our correspondence with you.
  • Files and images: 3D model files, drawings and photos you send us; photos of the parts we produce.
  • Reviews: The customer review and rating you choose to write, and your consent.
  • Transaction security and site usage: IP address, browser information, site usage statistics and cookie data (see Cookie Policy).

3. Methods of collecting personal data

Your data is collected electronically through the price calculator, order and contact forms, file upload links and customer portal on the Site, and by email, phone, WhatsApp and Instagram.

4. Purposes of processing

  • Receiving and evaluating your price and quote requests,
  • Opening orders, tracking payments, carrying out production and delivering the product,
  • Informing you about the status of your order (order confirmation, payment, printing, shipping and delivery emails),
  • Answering your requests, questions and complaints,
  • Sending a link to review your experience after your order and publishing the reviews you allow,
  • Keeping the Site secure and improving it by measuring its use,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations.

5. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds listed in Article 5 of the Law: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, enabling the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and being necessary for our legitimate interests provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Your explicit consent is requested for publishing customer reviews with your name and, where necessary, for transfers abroad.

6. Transfer of personal data

  • Shipping companies and shipping platforms: Only your name, phone number, province, district and full address are shared for delivering your order.
  • Authorised public institutions and organisations: Within the scope of legal obligations and upon request.
  • Infrastructure and communication services (abroad): Cloudflare for the security and speed of the Site, Google Analytics for site usage statistics, Telegram for forwarding order notifications to our team; and WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) when you write to us through these channels. The servers of these services may be located abroad. These transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

Apart from these, we do not share or sell your files and personal data to third parties.

7. Retention period

  • Files uploaded to the price calculator are deleted after 30 days.
  • Order, payment and correspondence records are kept for the periods required by the relevant legislation.
  • Order files may be kept in case you need a reprint; we delete them when you ask us to.
  • Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights (Article 11 of the Law)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

9. Application

You can send requests regarding your rights by email to [email protected]. Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature. If your application is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or no answer is given in time, you can file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
