Orders and pricing

How do I find out the price?
Upload your model to the price calculator; when you choose the material, color and quantity you see the price instantly. Then contact us via WhatsApp or the order form; our technical advisor reviews your file and we finalise the exact price together.

Is pre-print consultation charged?
No, it is completely free. We guide you on material, print orientation, wall thickness and changes that lower the cost.

I don’t have an STL file. What should I do?
No problem. Send us a photo, the dimensions or a drawing of the part via WhatsApp; we help you find a ready-made model or provide modelling support.

Which file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP. For large files we can send you a personal upload link.

How large a part can you print?
Up to about 380 × 399 × 290 mm as a single piece. We print larger parts by splitting them into sections that can be joined.

Payment

When and how do I pay?
When you approve the price, your order is opened and we send you the payment details. You pay by bank transfer (havale/EFT); once the payment reaches us, your job is added to the print queue.

What happens if I pay late?
If payment does not arrive within 48 hours we cancel the order; we send you a reminder beforehand. If you still want it printed later, we reopen your order.

Printing and delivery

What happens when the print is finished?
We email you photos of your part. If you approve, we ship it; if you see a problem, we talk with you before shipping. If there is no reply within 6 hours, we consider the print approved.

Which shipping companies do you use?
We ship with contracted carriers, mainly Yurtiçi, Aras, PTT, Hepsijet, DHL eCommerce and Sürat. When the parcel is handed to the carrier, we email you the tracking code.

Is shipping included in the price?
No, the shipping fee is stated separately.

When will I receive my order?
Print time depends on the size, quantity and material of the part; we agree on the estimated print date together when the order is confirmed. Transit time depends on the shipping company.

Returns and files

Can I return my order?
Because prints are custom-made from your file, they are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If there is a printing error on our side, we reprint the part free of charge or refund it. Details are on the Payment, Delivery and Return Policy page.

Are my files safe?
Only our team can see the files you upload, and we do not share them with third parties. Files uploaded to the price calculator are deleted after 30 days.
